This past weekend was
the LHU Classic. We were all so excited to both play and defend our home
court. Throughout the four matches that we played between Friday and
Saturday, we finally put our skills together and played mindfully which is
something we needed to work on. There was so much effort being put out on
the court; we all worked as a team instead of individually. Instead of
playing good one match and not the other, we consistently played at a high
level each game. After this weekend, we are all aware of our
capabilities as a team and playing through the full 25 points instead of
stopping half way through. Just in this weekend, I feel we got so much
better, both individually and as a team. I'm proud to say we went 4-0; we
definitely defended our home court!
